I don’t know how, but it’s festival season again. Time flies. Coachella weekend one is upon us, which means that the rest of this year’s festivals are bound to follow. While I won’t be attending, it’s still fun to daydream about the outfits I would wear, in the event that tickets magically appeared in my mailbox.
Festivals are a fun excuse to wear something a little extra, all while incorporating your favorite pieces and styles. Bohemian, eclectic outfits are my jam, so narrowing it down to three outfits for one weekend is hard. Instead, I’ve curated a list of some of my top favorite festival-inspired trends and wish list items.
Bohemian blooms — Four of my lust-worthy items right now feature pretty bohemian blooms. I can never get enough, especially in the spring season.
Cutoffs — High-waisted cutoffs never go out of style (right…?). Between their boyfriend denim and cutoff shorts, One Teaspoon does it best.
Eyelet Lace — One of my favorite spring trends: eyelet. I love eyelet lace crops, dresses, sets, rompers— you name it, I want it.
Gold Coin Necklaces — I really dig a solid romantic gold coin necklace. The bigger the better, so I can layer ’em up.
Retro Graphic Tees — From band tees, to vintage Wrangler, I love a good throwback graphic and this Levi tee is no exception.
White Booties — These bad boys were on my Valentine’s Day wish list, and I’m still swooning over them. Forever obsessed with the Matisse Footwear Caty boots in ivory, and every other white, western-style bootie out there.
Over-The-Top Hats — I just bought this Lack of Color Teak Rancher hat. It has been sold out everywhere, so when I finally found it in stock, I had to bite the bullet. It’s one of my favs.
Metallic Sandals — I’m really into metallic slides right now, and these rose gold birkenstocks are everything.
Basket Bags — Gimme all the crochet, basket purses. I love looking like I’m constantly going to picnics, ya know?
Retro Sunnies — Round, cat-eye, rectangular, heart-shaped, oval…retro sunnies are all the rage right now. You heard it here first.
