If I’ve ever been inspired by a swimwear collection, it’s Monday Swimwear. Bikinis aside, I have always admired the designers behind Monday Swimwear, Tash and Dev, because they promote a realistic body image, encourage a healthy lifestyle, they’re best friends and they travel the world, all while living in bikinis. Oh, and they’re total babes. Goals.
Their motto is, “Because when you’re in a bikini on a Monday, you’re having a good day.” I mean, come on— so true.
I could say a million and one good things about Tash and Dev, but I’ll save you the time. Just go take a peek at their ‘grams. You’ll understand.
When I first heard about Monday Swimwear, they were sold out (naturally). I had always loved one particular style, the Clovelly, and could never seem to bite the bullet before they were out of stock. So when they launched their Summer Nights collection, I was sold.
I am always a little hesitant when public figures decide to launch a swimwear line, because what do they actually know about designing a bikini? After working in the industry for 4+ years, I’d like to consider myself a swimwear connoisseur (borderline bikini snob). I only wear seamless, buttery fabrics and I know which fits work best for my body type.
To my surprise, Monday Swimwear killed it.
The fit is perfect, the colors are to-die-for and the material is all of that comfy, buttery goodness that I live for. I am wearing the Clovelly top + bottom in Nude/Ivory. It is easily one of my top three favorite ‘kinis of all time.
Moral of the story, I am obsessed with Monday Swimwear, and the gals behind it.
Happy Monday, babes.
I linked some other ‘kinis from our trip to Cabo below, because I got so many questions about the swimsuits I wore.
